Anti-hunting extremists are united and working to suppress and regulate our right to hunt. Millions of dollars are currently being collected to support candidates that want to close off our federal lands, tax the equipment we use, and ban the hunting of the game we pursue.
The Hunter Defense Fund exists as the ONLY Super PAC to counteract these anti-hunters; by working to elect candidates willing to take the tough votes to preserve our hunting heritage in Congress.
The right to bear arms is currently under attack. The Hunter Defense Fund exists to preserve that right for sportsmen. The Hunter Defense Fund supports candidates that believe that further regulations of the tools we use in the field should not be something Congress need legislate. Taxes on firearms and ammunition pay for the majority of wildlife conservation in the United States and sportsmen and women spend over 90 BILLION dollars annually on hunting and fishing.
The election of anti-hunting, anti-gun candidates threatens this vital economic lifeline that has supported hunting and public lands for over 75 years. The Hunter Defense Fund intends to STOP those individuals from election and in their place elect strong pro-hunting candidates.
